In addition to the golf tournament, 180s is a Corporate Sponsor of the Baltimore Women’s Classic 5K which takes place every year in June. A group of 180s female athletes participate in the race while other employees support our tent at the Race Village. There’s also a squad of 180s employees throughout the course that cheer everyone on to the finish line! It’s a great day full of spirit, hope and community!
The BWC is committed to improving the quality of daily life of families engaged in gynecologic cancer treatment by providing direct services to women and their families. These services are provided through member hospitals and include transportation, grocery shopping and meal preparation, house cleaning and prescription drug co-payment. The BWC is dedicated to promoting fitness and healthy living among all women while increasing awareness of women’s health issues. In 2011, the BWC expects 3,000 women to register and thousands of other race supporters, family and volunteers!! www.baltimorewomensclassic.com
