180s is headquartered in Baltimore Maryland and is committed to enriching the community through the charitable giving of time, money and product donation. Over the past 5 years, 180s has been the title sponsor of a charity golf tournament that supports Johns Hopkins Pediatric Oncology. Through a partnership with Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Division of Pediatric Oncology alongside Outback Steakhouse, 100% of all player and corporate donations go towards supporting their research efforts. The current statistics of childhood cancer are devastating as 1 child out of 5 who is diagnosed will die and 3 out of 5 will suffer long-term side effects. I80s is striving to give each child diagnosed with cancer a whole lifetime of dreams and milestones to celebrate.
It is truly an exciting time in cancer discovery. For children, this represents a huge step forward, as this new generation of treatments will not be as toxic to healthy tissue and cells and may spare young patients the lasting side effects that often result from cancer treatment. These discoveries also offer new opportunities to better understand and make real progress against those pediatric cancers that do not respond to existing treatment.

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month
September is recognized as National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Marked by thousands of families, survivors and caregivers touched by childhood cancer, it is a time to honor the more than 40,000 children and adolescents currently being treated in the United States, as well as the estimated 270,000 childhood cancer survivors. Did you know that cancer is the #1 disease killer of children in the U.S. today? While we are dedicated to fighting childhood cancer all year long, we are hopeful that by focusing on the children impacted by this devastating disease during the month of September, we can truly make a difference.
Because less than 2% of federal funding for cancer research is directed at solving cancers that impact our children, we are challenging our community to raise $1,000 each day throughout Childhood Cancer Awareness Month in honor and in memory of all of the children we serve. Our goal at month's end is to raise $30,000 to put towards the fight to end childhood cancer and, most importantly, to honor our brave warriors One Day at a Time!
That's why for over 10 years, 180s has been redefining how you can stay comfortable and protected in the worst of conditions. Not just for when you have to be out there, but when you want to be.
Through intensive R&D, we know a lot about your body. We've studied how it responds in the cold. And in the heat. And we've developed our products to react to your body as it reacts to its environment.
The end result is products that help control body temperature so you can get out and do more. No matter what.
180s. Always Out There.
